EASTSIDE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION
Mission Statement
The mission of the Eastside Community Development Corporation, a Charitable non-profit organization, is to encourage community and economic development in the eastern portion of Baltimore County and eastern portion of Baltimore City. These activities will be conducted through assisting low-income homebuyers, and homeowners to take advantage of private, Federal, State, and Local homeownership programs. ECDC will also support community revitalization and stabilization efforts, overall, and support mixed income housing and communities. ECDC will obtain public and private financial support for affordable housing efforts, and enlist the support and involvement of the wider community in its housing efforts.

WORKSHOP
First Time Home Buyers
This session is a 3 hour educational program. The professional counselor will be informing you on credit, financing, and affordability.
THE ONE ON ONE
Personal Session
In this session you and your professional counselor will be discussing your personal credit scores, bank statements, and also informing you on the grants and loans you can apply for.
PRE-SETTLEMENT
Your Last Step
This is your last 2 hour session with your counselor, in this workshop you will be on your way to buy a house! Your counselor will be informing you on how to find an agent to start house hunting!
